5.1 General Bonus Terms. 11.1 Suspension by he777vip. he777vip reserves the right to suspend access to any account immediately and without prior notice where there is a reasonable suspicion of: fraud, identity misrepresentation, money laundering, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or any other breach of these Terms.
11.2 Termination by he777vip. Following investigation, he777vip may permanently terminate an account. Upon termination for breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited if the breach involved fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering. Where termination is not related to breach (for example, where he777vip withdraws services from a jurisdiction), remaining balances will be returned to the player via the original payment method subject to KYC completion.
11.3 Termination by Player. You may close your he777vip account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any active bonus will be removed from your account.
